True Beauty Begins on the Inside

Happy Friday, Guys!
My beautiful cousin Gigi

As humans we are able to find beauty in almost any expression of art, object or being. We have a ability to perceive it and the passion to admire it.

However, contrary to what we usually think, true beauty is an attitude. We need to move away from other people’s expectations, comparisons and demands in order to be our true selves. In today's society, women are constantly bombarded with images about how they should be constructed into a perfect mold of a human specimen.

We say don’t judge a book by its cover, but quickly make opinions about someone on the basis of their appearance. It is said, beauty is only skin deep, but, if Barbie were a real woman, she would be 5’9", have a 39” bust, an 18” waist, 33” hips, weigh 110 pounds and have a size three shoe!

Everyone on the planet, even celebrities that appear in all the magazines, have something about themselves that they don’t particularly like.  So lets start appreciating our strengths and ignoring the things that we are not so happy about.

When a person has a beautiful soul, he/she is truly beautiful. Inner beauty vibrates at a difference frequency.

Inner beauty can be described as a combination of your:

  • personality
  • intelligence
  • integrity
  • elegance
  • politeness

So let’s inspire ourselves to be more beautiful in our actions and words. A sense of optimism, hope, gratifying relationships, meaning and purpose in your life have much more influence on your inner beauty than do your looks.
