Spaceport Bravo - ISM in Second Life



   The non-profit, volunteer-run educational facility International Spaceflight Museum is a huge simulation in the virtual world Second Life. They hosts a series of exhibits and events about real-world space travel.

   Saturday May 30 was a momentous day for  the America Space Program. The SpaceX Falcon rocket carried two US astronauts, Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken,  and launched from the Kennedy Space Center near Cape Canaveral. FL.

   Explorer Island, is a place where the public can interact with replicas of spacecraft, and also participate in live launch activities, or other activities like missions to Mars, walks on the surface of replicas of other worlds. It's a place where the public can talk to NASA scientists and engineers during international workshops.
