Bay City celebrates its 12th anniversary, and the Bay City community is marking the day with a parade and fun to which everyone is invited! All Residents of the Second Life grid are welcomed to participate. Celebration goods, including parade float bases and ideas, are available at the Bay City Community Center.
Over the last twelve years, Bay City has grown into one of the most vibrant mainland communities, boasting a long-time community focus. To honor their anniversary, Bay City Residents will be hosting their annual parade and live music event.
The Bay City Community Center features information for anyone seeking to learn about life in the city by the bay.
Sunday, 17th May at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) SLT
Meet at the bandshell in Bay City - Harwich, with additional room in Bay City - Dennis, Bay City - Tisbury, and Bay City - Edgartown. The parade will begin promptly at 12:30 pm. SLT.
Bay City a community sim on Mainland conceived by the Lindens and developed by their Moles. With an abundance of parkland, streets and canals, the prim alotment has been redistributed so that resident parcels enjoy twice the customary limit.
While Bay City has an intended theme, it is not a roleplay community. There are no requirements or limitations on dress code, behavior, or type of shop or merchandise beyond Second Life’s own Terms of Service.
